Bella Hadid, Emily Ratajkowski, Blake Lively, Martha Hunt and Helena Christensen were on the guest list for Gigi Hadid’s birthday celebration hosted at a private club called Zero Bond in New York City on April 23. Gigi’s style, which preferred a suit from Australian designer Dion Lee’s 2022 Spring/Summer collection, attracted as much attention as the guest list. Gigi, who appeared in an all-white and lace outfit with a sheer jacket-pants set that reaches down to the floor, a corset top and pointed white stilettos, adorned her look with layered pearl necklaces, earrings, rings and a gold waist chain by Jacquie Aiche. Style was done by Mimi Cuttrell, with whom she worked very often, Gigi’s make-up was done by Patrick Ta and her hair design was done by Laura Polko. From the shoulder pads that add a strong air to the look, to the sharp eyeliner and sparkling stones in the eye make-up, Gigi’s birthday style has many attention-grabbing details. This style, which reminds us of both Coachella and the 80s, acts as a bridge between periods.
